1. Introduction

Thank you for using Pika Camera (the "App"). The App is developed and operated by Suzhou Language Interactive Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how the App handles your information and what rights you have.

2. Information We Do and Do Not Collect

The App is a photo editing and color grading tool that runs entirely on your device. No account or registration is required to use any feature.

We do not collect:

• Identity information such as your name, phone number or ID number
• Contacts, messages or call history
• Precise or approximate location
• Device identifiers (such as IDFA), advertising identifiers, or cross-app tracking data
• Any photo library content unrelated to the features you use

The App contains no third-party advertising SDK and no behavioral tracking or user profiling.

3. How Your Photos and Videos Are Handled

Photos and videos you select in the App are used solely to perform color grading, retouching, portrait processing and export locally on your device.

• This content is never uploaded to our servers, and we cannot access, store or analyze it.
• All image processing happens on your device. The core editing features do not require a network connection.
• Edited results are written to your system photo library only when you tap "Save". Whether to save is entirely your choice.
• The App may create small temporary cache files while you edit. These stay inside the App sandbox and never leave your device.

4. AI Professional Portrait (Not Available in the Current Version)

The App retains the development capability for an "AI Professional Portrait" feature. Should it be released in the future, it would work as follows:

• The feature would require uploading one photo you actively select to a cloud server for AI generation, returning the result image.
• We would ask for your separate, explicit consent before first use. If you decline, nothing is uploaded and no other feature is affected.
• When released, we would update this policy to name the service provider, the purpose of processing, the retention period, and any cross-border data transfer involved.

5. Device Permissions

The App requests only the permissions required for its core features. You can revoke them at any time in system settings.

• Photo library read access: lets you choose photos to edit. Only the items you select are read.
• Photo library write access: saves edited photos as new images.

The App does not request camera, microphone, contacts or location permissions. If you deny access, editing will be unavailable, but this does not affect other functionality on your device.

6. Third-Party Services

The third-party components currently used by the App are local function libraries (such as photo library access and file storage helpers). They serve only the features described above and involve no data collection or transmission.

In addition, the distribution platform (Apple App Store) and the operating system itself may collect installation counts and crash logs. That processing is governed by their own privacy policies, and we have no access to the underlying data.

7. Storage, Retention and Deletion

• Because we do not collect personal information, there is no user data on our servers to retain or delete.
• Temporary caches created on your device are removed when you uninstall the App.
• Photos saved to your system photo library are managed by you. We cannot access or delete them on your behalf.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a minor, please read this policy and use the App with a parent or guardian.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, copy, correct, supplement, delete and withdraw consent regarding your personal information. Because the App does not collect personal information on our servers, these rights are exercised directly on your device (for example, by deleting photos or uninstalling the App). 10. Changes to This Policy

If the App's features or data practices change, we will update this policy and publish the new version and date on this page. For material changes, we will notify you prominently within the App.
